Dr. Stella Wuttke
Post-doctoral Neuroscientist, PhD in Psychology, specialized in Neurotherapy & Sound Healing
To Thrive and live a Purposeful Life is accessible for Everyone.
Many people live an okay life, have a job, family, hobbies, but very few live up to their infinite potential. They are trapped by their brain and energetic patterns, which let them move but not fly. They struggle, do not make a lot of progress, and repeatedly experience the same limitations.
Behavioral and thinking patterns are determined by our brain and energetic patterns, and the younger they are established the harder they are to change. With state-of-the-art technologies combined with ancient wisdom traditions, we use an integrated scientific approach to break through old patterns that hold you back to live your life without limits.

Short Bio
Dr. Stella J. Wuttke integrates psychology, cognitive neuroscience, meditation, sound healing, and contemplative practice in her work supporting relaxation, emotional resilience, personal growth, and spiritual development. With advanced training in psychology and neuroscience, roughly fifteen years of academic research and teaching, decades of meditation practice, and extensive training in sound healing, she brings together scientific understanding and contemplative wisdom in a practical and accessible way.
Her academic work focused on neuroplasticity, perception, adaptation, and EEG-based brainwave dynamics, including research and teaching at the University of Jena and research stays in St Andrews. Across those years, she became increasingly fascinated by how strongly perception, well-being, and human experience are shaped by prior experience, conditioning, attention, and the state of the nervous system.
Alongside her scientific career, decades of meditation practice, Kriya Yoga, and years of close guidance from accomplished Kriya Yoga teachers and spiritual mentors—complemented by journeys through India, Nepal, Tibet, Cambodia, and Thailand—gradually expanded her exploration of consciousness beyond a purely academic framework. Initially skeptical of sound healing because of her scientific training, she later became interested in the relationship between sound, perception, nervous-system functioning, and human experience through both personal practice and years of client work.
Today, her work integrates neuroscience, neurofeedback, meditation, sound healing, and esoteric acupuncture, with a particular focus on anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, and heightened sensitivity. She co-founded the Infinite Potential Institute, serves as president of Stillpoint Santa Barbara, and founded Awakening Stillpoint as an online sanctuary for meditation, sound healing, learning, and contemplative exploration.
